GMB have received a pay offer from Surrey Choices for 2024-25.  You can read the full document here.

In summary:

• The lowest pay point of the Community Support Worker Scale to be eliminated, reducing the increment points from 3 to 2
• The lowest paid staff will receive a pay uplift of £1.10 per hour and no staff will receive less than £12 per hour
• Staff on ex-SCC contracts with enhancements will receive an uplift of 41p per hour
• All other staff will receive an uplift of 81p per hour
• No other changes to terms and conditions
