Serco has offered staff the following 2 year pay offer:

1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024 Pay Award

• For all frontline and core operational drivers, loaders / operatives, Serco are offering an improved pay award from 5% to 6%, backdated to April 2023.
• All housing employees where applicable will be aligned to last year’s LLW (£11.95), backdated to 1st April 2023.

1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025 Pay Award

• All operatives / loaders across the contract to be uplifted to the new LLW (£13.15) as of 01/04/24 as published October 2023.
• Serco to offer a pay award for 2024/25 of 3.5% to all drivers.
• Realignment of pay award to April to ensure continuity for the workforce as to reduce the financial pressures experienced from protracted and lengthy periods as experienced over the past few years.

This offer does not apply to those members whose terms and conditions follow the National Joint Council (NJC) agreement who are handled separately to this process.

If you choose to vote ‘REJECT’ then this would give a clear indication that you wish to go forward into dispute with Serco, which would include industrial action should the outcome of the ballot be sufficient.
