We the undersigned members of GMB Union wish to raise a collective grievance against Octopus Energy for failure in their duty of care in protecting staff from verbal and physical harassment in the workplace - from colleagues or customers.

It has caused significant stress and detriment to our mental health and wellbeing to varying degrees.

We confirm we would like a hearing to take place as a matter of urgency conducted by an external HR body in light of Octopus's lack of HR department.

GMB will appoint representatives on our behalf, in the meantime we request that managers don't hold formal meetings with undersigned employees without Trade Union Representatives present.
