Local Government and Schools Pay Update
Since the previous pay offer of 2% was rejected outright, GMB and other unions have been back around the table with the employer
Despite the ongoing pandemic, GMB continue to work hard for our members. Anyone who works for Local Government, in a school or academy that pays NJC raises will be subject to this year's decision, and GMB, alongside our sister unions, are negotiating hard on your behalf.
