GMB have launched a survey for all members who work for Local Government, including schools and academies that pay NJC pay rises.
So, if this is you, please complete the survey at www.gmb.org.uk/LGPay21 to let us know what you think about pay — what we should be asking for on your behalf, what you think is a reasonable pay rise for you, etc. The more of you who fill the survey in, the stronger our voice when we put your points over to the employer, so please fill this in, and encourage your colleagues to fill this in too!
