Kent County Council will shortly begin pay negotiations with the GMB to consider the pay award they wish to offer in 2022.  Most schools will either adopt this offer or base their next offer on what is agreed.

GMB will shortly submit a pay claim ahead of the negotiations to find what you, our members, would like to see in next years pay, therefore please could you fill out our short survey below to help us draw up this claim.  If you would like to leave detailed comments about any question you can do this at the end.
