Herman Miller Pay Ballot 2025

As GMB members will know, we submitted a pay claim to Herman Miller in respect of your pay rise this year.

The company have now responded to the claim and you can read their response here.

The headline is that they are proposing a pay rise of 3%, effective from 1^st April 2025.
