G4S DWP Picket Line Register

Please fill in the below form if the following applies:

You are member of GMB Southern Region
You work for G4S at a DWP site or as an ARO
You attended a picket line in May or June 2024
You have been docked wages due to being on strike on that day

We need you to complete the form in full for every day when you attend a picket line. If you attend a picket line for each of the 6 strike days, you will need to complete the form 6 times.
