Forterra Newbury Pay Ballot 2025

Forterra have sent GMB a formal pay offer for workers at the Newbury site.

The full offer letter is here and the offer consists of the following:

A 3% increase on all rates of pay backdated to 01 January 2025.
Enhancement of £5k on the Critical Illness Payment (this is defined as a Long-Term Health Condition that prevents the employee from continuing to work). Moving forward this payment will be increased in line with any annual increase.

The ballot closes at 12 noon on Friday 4^th April.
