Frimley Health Foundation Trust Parking Charge Petition

GMB union has been listening to and consulting with our members within FHFT and agree that the parking charges are too high, at 1% of salary for parking on land that is owned by the Trust.

Every time you as an employee work an extra shift or overtime to help patients and assist the smooth running of the Trust services, you are paying for the privilege.

GMB also believes that high charges may be forcing staff on to public transport, raising the risk of infection in the wider public and potentially putting staff in danger, for example while waiting for buses at night.

We are asking all Trust staff, whether GMB members or not, to sign the below petition to force Trust management to meet with GMB officials to discuss a reduction in, if not total removal of, staff parking fees.

We believe night staff and disabled workers should get free parking, and staff should not get penalised for volunteering to help out with extra shifts and overtime.

Please sign the below petition if you agree and believe management need to meet with GMB immediately to discuss parking fees.
