Frimley Health Foundation Trust HCA Banding Ballot 2025

GMB are finally in a position to ballot our members on the HCA re-banding issue.

Frimley Health Foundation Trust have made a proposal about back pay which you can read in full here.

The headline is that they are proposing the following scale:

Length of service Compensatory payment
Up to 2 years service £450
2 – 3 years service £1,000
Over 3 years service £1,500

GMB is making no recommendations as to the Trust's offer but we believe this is the best offer we can achieve by negotiation alone.  If the offer is rejected, the GMB may then move directly to a formal industrial action ballot.
