Aspire Defence Services Ballot 2025

GMB has received a pay proposal from Aspire for your pay rise for 2025.

The details are as follows:

The lowest paid staff will receive an increase to the hourly rate 2.5% above the Real Living Wage, meaning a 5% increase for some staff
All other staff will receive a 4% pay rise
An additional 8% rise to all allowances

GMB is recommending that members ACCEPT this offer.

Please use the below ballot form to vote on this pay offer.

The ballot closes on Monday 31^st March 2025 at 12noon.
