Asda ALS – GMB Consultative Ballot Paper for Transport Staff

Asda have made transport colleagues a pay offer of 98p on base rates of pay, payable from May 2022 only.  The £500 driver retention bonus will be paid in April (with the same payment criteria as previously communicated).

Dependent on location, this represents an increase of between 6.49% and 7.53%.

The GMB is not attaching any formal recommendation to this offer, this is a decision for our members to make.

If you reject this offer, you should be prepared to vote for strike action in a formal industrial action ballot.
