Consultative ballot for GMB members in Asda Retail
GMB has approached ASDA to request a mid-year pay rise on the base rate of pay to £10:50 per hour.
ASDA are currently only offering a 0% pay rise.
GMB is seeking your view on this through a consultative ballot. GMB recommends you reject the 0% increase in pay because ASDA workers are worth more.
Should Asda decide not to offer an uplift in pay, we are also asking you if you would be willing to take action with your union to campaign for a decent pay rise.
